A book splint is a board used to protect ancient books. Generally divided into two sections, tied with two cotton ropes. This set of bookboards is not valuable wood, such as nanmu, ginkgo, mahogany and so on. This kind of miscellaneous plywood similar to camphor wood and beech wood is easy to imitate, but it is rare that this plywood is original and the lettering is neat and simple. Although it is a little cracked, it does not affect the use and appreciation.
