Translation:

In Jinling City (present-day Nanjing), I boarded the West Building alone, leaned against the building to watch the autumn scenery, and watched the Wan Li River running in the sunset.

There was chaos in the Central Plains, and dignitaries fled in succession. When can they recover their land? Please let the sad wind blow my tears to Yangzhou.

Zhu Dunru said:

Zhu Dunru (1081-1159), also known as Yishui Laoren and Mr. Luochuan. Luoyang people. Li Bingbu Langzhong, Tongguan of Lin 'an Prefecture, Secretary Lang, all officials and foreign ministers, and two Zhejiang East Roads were sentenced to prison. They were officials and lived in Jiahe. Shaoxing died in the 29th year (1 159). There are three volumes of words called the woodcutter's song. Zhu Dunru is the author of Yanhe Old Man's Poem, which has been lost. Today, there is a collection of words "Song of the Woodman", also known as "Song of the Woodman", and the history of the Song Dynasty has been circulated in 445 volumes. Nine poems have been recorded today.

Zhu Dunru boasted of lofty ideals in his early years, and twice recommended him as a scholar, but he was not appointed. In the second year of Shaoxing (A.D. 1 132), Zhu Dunru was recommended to the court, saying that he was a learned scholar. The emperor appointed him as the right Di Gong Lang, and ordered Zhaoqing to urge him to work in Lin 'an.
