How does PS achieve the effect that ink is scattered on rice paper?

1. First, open New and create a new layer. Use the circle tool to draw a circle with a custom size, as shown by the red arrow in the figure below.

2. Fill it with black, as shown by the red arrow in the figure below.

3. Use the rubber tool and select the rubber shape, with the size as shown in the figure below.

4. Enlarge the picture. Only when it is enlarged can it be beautiful. Draw from the center of the circle around with a rubber tool, and use the effect of ink around the circle instead of simple dots.

5. Finally, you can insert people's pictures into the graphics, and that's it. See the effect.
