What software can extract words from scanned documents?

You can use agile Ocr character recognition software to extract characters from scanned documents.

1. Open Ocr text recognition software.

2. After opening, find the file add button on the software, which is the first button on the left of the software toolbar, and add the scanned file to the software through this button. If it is added successfully, you can see this file on the software.

3. Select the file and click the "Start Conversion" button. Just wait for a while, and then you will see a pop-up window, which will prompt you to complete the conversion;

4. Open the converted file.
