Second, the process of becoming a monk
1. I applied, and those who live in the temple submitted it to the local temple, those who work in the Taoist Association submitted it to the local association, and those who are scattered in the orthodox church submitted it to the local temple or the local Taoist Association.
2. The temples and Taoist associations that accept the application put forward audit opinions, and those that meet the requirements shall be reported to the Taoist associations of the local provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

4. If a Taoist association has not been established in my province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, it shall be reported to the Chinese Taoist Association and approved after listening to the opinions of the Taoist association in my city and county.
5. Those who work in the Chinese Taoist Association shall apply to the Chinese Taoist Association and be recognized by the Chinese Taoist Association.
6. After completing the filing procedures, the Taoist Association that recognizes the qualifications of its faculty members will issue Taoist faculty certificates.
In any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to apply for the identification of Taoist faculty:
(a) in violation of laws, regulations and rules, religious personnel who have been cancelled for less than five years;
(2) Intentional crimes are punished by fixed-term imprisonment or above, or intentional crimes are under control or criminal detention for less than five years.
