Most of the fifteen national styles in the Book of Songs are folk songs. Including "Zhou Nan", "Zhao Nan", "Chen Feng", "Qin Feng", "Bin Feng", "Wei Feng", "Tang Feng", "Zheng Feng", "Wei Feng", "Bei Feng", "Wang Feng", "Wang Feng", "Hui Feng", "Cao Feng", "Qi Feng".
The styles of the fifteen countries can be divided into five major regions:
1. Southern District - "Zhou Nan", "Zhao Nan", "Chen Feng" and "Er Nan". The land is located in Nanyang and Nanjun. The two southern lands were later annexed by the Chu State, so some people call it the source of "Chu Ci". The State of Chen was located in the present-day Huaiyang and Zhecheng areas of Henan Province and Bo County of Anhui Province. The poems written by the Southern District mostly express women's life and emotions such as labor, love, and longing for their husbands. There are also some etiquette and customary poems congratulating newlyweds and congratulating many children.
2. Western District - "Qin Feng" and "Bin Feng". The Qin State originally lived in Tianshui, Gansu Province, but later gradually expanded eastward and occupied the Shaanxi area. After King Ping moved eastward, the land of Ji and Bin in the Western Zhou Dynasty belonged to Qin. The poems of "Qin Feng" are full of martial spirit and sounds of killing. The style is fresh and simple, concise and substantial, resolute and strong.
3. North District - "Wei Feng" and "Tang Feng". Wei was in the area of ??Ruicheng, present-day Shanxi; Tang was in the central part of present-day Shanxi, and was later renamed Jin. The Wei area is narrow, the folk customs are frugal, the land is barren, the people are in poverty, and the regional characteristics and customs of frugality make their satirical spirit of reality particularly prominent. There are many satirical and revealing poems. Since ancient times, scholars have called "Wei" and "Wei". "Tang Dynasty" has many "changing styles". Simple and straightforward, natural and smooth, with a mood of depression and sadness.
4. Central District - "Zheng Feng", "Wei Feng", "Bei Feng", "Quan Feng", "Wang Feng", "Hui Feng" and "Cao Feng". Bei and Yong are both names of Wei cities and belong to the same place. The places of Wei Feng are in Ci County and Puyang in Hebei Province, Anyang, Qixian County, Jixian County, Kaifeng, Zhongmu and other places in Henan Province. Xinzheng, the capital of Zheng State, was located in the area of ??present-day Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Wang is the abbreviation of Wangdu. King Ping moved eastward to Luoyi, in the area of ??Luoyang, Henan today. Most of the poems have an air of chaos and sadness. Cao was located in the area of ??Heze, Dingtao and Caoxian in the southwest of today's Shandong Province, between Qi and Jin. Hui is located in the area of ??Mi County in present-day Henan Province. Both of them are small countries with few surviving poems.
5. East District - "Qi Feng". Qi is located in the north-central part of today's Shandong Province, with its capital Linzi. Qi Fu is close to the East China Sea, where scholars, peasants, industrialists and merchants gather, and the style of writing is open. His poems are good at exaggeration, soothing and profound, and their rhythm is sparse.
