Xingxiu was a famous Zen monk in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. He was known as the "Old Man of Wansong" because he lived in Wansongxuan for a long time. Xingxiu's cemetery is built in this courtyard. It is a gray brick seven-level dense eaves tomb tower, called the Wansong Old Man Pagoda. It was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council on March 5, 2013. The alley on the north side of the pagoda is named "Zhuangta Hutong" because of the pagoda. The alley has a long history, which can be traced back to the Yuan Dadu period. It has been recorded in documents from the Yuan, Ming, Qing, and the Republic of China until today.
