First, prevent insects and rats. In order to avoid insects, you can put turnip cabbage, moth balls, pepper granules and so on. In the picture box, Zanthoxylum bungeanum granules are the best, because its irritating gas is not easy to make the paper yellow, which is harmless to human body. One-time dosage 100g, changed once a year. In order to prevent rats, you can make a picture frame with tough mahogany, camphor wood and nanmu and put it on a high place. In order to prevent pests and rodents, regular inspection is necessary.
Second, moisture-proof and mildew-proof. In order to prevent moisture, you should avoid hanging pictures on rainy days or wet walls and storing wet works. In case of rainy season or long-term rain, you can blow dry the pictures with a hair dryer, wrap them in newspapers or store them in plastic bags. When mildew spots appear in the works, you can gently and repeatedly wipe them with absorbent cotton balls dipped in hydrogen peroxide or alcohol until they are removed. The temperature of the room where calligraphy and painting are located should be controlled between 10℃ and 18℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 50% and 60%. This can inhibit the growth and reproduction of pests and molds.
Third, prevent damage. No pressure should be applied to the installed workpiece, especially the hollow rolled lens, which should be stored separately from the spindle. When hanging a work, it should be prevented from falling off. After the shaft rope is hooked on the drawing hook, hold the shaft heads at both ends with both hands and put them down smoothly.
Fourth, prevent smoking. When watching the work, clean your hands, clean the hanging wall or the displayed desktop. When dirt is found on the workpiece, you can gently wipe the stain with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water and then dry it with absorbent paper. If the kitchen fume is smoked to the picture for a long time, you should improve its environment to avoid the aging and discoloration of the work.
Fifth, fire prevention and sun protection. Watching and taking pictures is the most taboo to smoke. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the room. Don't throw cigarette butts. Keep your work away from flammable materials and high-temperature stoves. Hanging paintings and calligraphy should avoid long exposure to the sun. You can't look at the painting at the tuyere. Close the window in time if there is wind outside.
