As for the online saying that all the hair is connected by itself, I think the dragon refers to the shape of the hair, but it is not. Dragon refers to man, green refers to hairless youth, so Qinglong refers to hairless man.
Anyway, Qinglong White Tiger is an absurd story, don't take it seriously.
