Provincial Department of Culture (Provincial Administration of Cultural Relics) 12 Internal organs:

(1) office.

(8) Department of Social Culture.

(9) Office of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

To implement the national policies and regulations on the protection of intangible cultural heritage; Formulate protection plans for representative projects of intangible cultural heritage and organize the protection of intangible cultural heritage in the whole province; To undertake the evaluation of provincial intangible cultural heritage list projects and the identification of representative inheritors, and organize the declaration of national list projects and representative inheritors; Guide the work of the provincial intangible cultural heritage protection center.

(10) Foreign Cultural Liaison Office.

Coordinate and guide the protection of cultural relics in the province; Organizing the investigation and registration of cultural relics resources; To undertake the review and recommendation of provincial and national key cultural relics protection units; To undertake the examination and recommendation of cultural heritage according to law; Examination and approval of cultural relics protection projects, infrastructure archaeology and identification of relevant qualifications.

(12) Department of Museums and Social Relics.

To undertake the management system, norms and business guidance of museums in the province; To undertake the formulation and implementation of science and technology, informatization and standardization planning of museums in the province; To undertake the relevant examination and approval of national precious cultural relics; Coordinate exchanges and cooperation between museums; Guide the rescue and collection of precious folk cultural relics; Undertake cultural relics appraisal, cultural relics shops and social cultural relics management.
