Before the Republic of China, there were three medium-sized temples in Wang Bo Town:
(1) East: Buddhist Temple (also known as Cigarettes Temple)
It was founded in the Tang Dynasty. The original monument was washed away by the flood during Guangxu period. When Sun Yat-sen died, he accidentally dug up a piece with the words "the Year of the Loong" written on it, which was smashed during the Cultural Revolution. The temple is located in Xiaozhuang (Group 8) in Hedong, Wang Bo (originally at the bottom of the river, it was moved to Henan due to the flood). When master Jue Ai was in power, it had a great influence. The Apocalypse Temple in the middle and the Dizang Temple in the west are mixed monks, and there is basically no incense.
The Buddhist temple covers an area of 5 mu, with grain-producing fields 120 mu. There are many ancient cultural relics here, including dozens of bronze Buddha statues. The last abbot was Master Jiao Ai. He traveled to Longchang Temple in Baohua Mountain and traveled around the world. He has close ties with Yin Guang and virtual cloud mage, and cares about the country and the people, as well as current politics. He had many contacts with revolutionaries, traveling back and forth between Beiping, Nanjing, Zhenjiang and Shanghai. The sound of chanting Buddha and chanting in the temple is endless, and cigarettes are lingering, which is very popular. People who come here to wish for children are in an endless stream, which is very effective and famous. Master Jiao Ai is about 1.7 meters tall, with a vigorous posture and a wide and long tongue. There are more than 0 monks 10 in the temple, and there are still many to be ordered. In addition to many ordinary people, officials of the Kuomintang and the * * * production party occasionally come, and Feng and other large families in Baita Port will also bring their families and children. Buddhist temples have lower halls in Rebecca, Dong 'an, Qianzhan and Maxiaobu, as well as Huangmiao and Yushan Temple in Dingzhuang. Dong 'an Temple is headed by Hongdao. Ma Xiaobu Kannonji is composed of the mountain gate, the Hall of the Great Hero and the wing, with three people, namely Chueh-hsin and his disciples. This temple was destroyed on 1950. Chueh-hsin loves his brother.
Jiao Aifa's younger brother and son include Hongdao, Hongdan, Hong Bei, Hongxiang and many others, who were forced to return to the secular world during the Cultural Revolution. Hongxiang was the youngest and died in 1970. Li Junsan, a common name, has a son named Li Shangfa, aged 5 1 year, and now lives in the west of Yanmiao in front of Wang Bo Village. The Cigarettes Temple was destroyed by the Four Clean-ups Movement in 1965. There are three stone slabs, some wall bricks and nanmu sticks today. Half of the original big stone turtle head was smashed, leaving the turtle base of 1.5m in Fiona Fang, which was destroyed by the Japanese invaders.
(2) English: Dongyue Temple (also known as Apocalypse Temple)
Five years in Thailand, fellow villager Hou Mingjian. This temple belongs to Taoism, and I don't know when it evolved into a Buddhist host.
(3) West: Kannonji (also known as Dizang Temple)
The name has been changed several times, and basically no one cares.
There are few temples recorded in the local chronicles of Donghai County. The main reason is that Xixiang in Haizhou belongs to a backcountry. At that time, no literati participated in the compilation of local chronicles, and other temples were dismissed as folk temples.

Others recalled that June 2005 was 5438+00.
Sixteen: Hand shaking, line one, and Li. Son 4: LAM Raymond, Lin Qin, Jin Lin and Lin Jing. LAM Raymond became a monk, and the cemetery is in Zhai Peng.
Introduction of Li Fenglin becoming a monk: LAM Raymond was born in Wang Bo Town in the thirty-fourth year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. The sixteenth ancestor was Shouyao's eldest son, and at the age of ten, he was fostered in Wangbo Smoke Temple due to illness. Later, he was given a ring at Longchang Temple in Baohuashan, Nanjing. He died in Cigarettes Temple in Gregorian calendar 1945 at the age of 70. He has been a monk for 60 years and quit wax for 52 summers. As the last abbot of Cigarettes Temple, he loved his dharma name, was a strict heir and a Taoist priest. The mage is deeply religious, studies and practices hand in hand, and has long been committed to Taoist construction and sacrificial activities. He is good at calligraphy, and the words used in life events near his hometown are all his books, and the words such as door plaques and couplets are also popular. When people see his books, they dismount and get off the sedan chair to read them, and the last person who comes will read them with their feet up. The temple covers an area of five acres, with more than one hectare and 120 acres of grain-producing fields. After Master Jueai came to power, the voices of chanting Buddha and chanting were endless. Cigarettes filled the air and flourished for some time. People who come here to wish for children are in an endless stream, which is very effective and famous. There are more than a dozen monks in the temple. The temple Gregorian calendar 1965 was destroyed by the four clean-ups movement, and all its disciples were secularized.
Note: The tomb of Master Jue Ai was originally located on the east side of Yanmiao Temple, and later moved to the tomb of the Li family in the north of the village.
