Candidates register at the registration place.
In 2008, a large number of college entrance examination immigrants were found in the enrollment process of colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia. There are nearly 2000 college entrance examination immigrants in a county. The Education Department, Supervision Department and Public Security Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region took effective measures to intercept the investigation and effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of candidates in Inner Mongolia. In the process of examining college entrance examination immigrants, it is necessary to examine the changes of candidates' household registration. If the candidate's middle school and household registration are not in the same county, the candidate needs to provide the original household registration book and return to the household registration place to issue a household registration certificate. In order to prove that they have been registered in Inner Mongolia for two years, some candidates have to travel to and from the school and household registration for many times, which brings inconvenience to candidates.
To this end, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center has decided that candidates will sign up for the college entrance examination at the place where they are registered next year. There is no difference between candidates who register at the location of the household registration and those who register at the location of the school. The Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center has determined that the following eight types of candidates can register in the counties where the school is located: 1. Fresh graduates of senior high schools directly under the League City (household registration in the League City only); 2. Private high school graduates who can enroll students across counties with the approval of the Union City (household registration in the Union City only); 3. Apply for fresh graduates of various disciplines; 4. Fresh graduates who answer papers in Korean; 5. Approved by the Education Department of the autonomous region, the graduates of Hongzhi class recruited across the alliance cities; 6. Higher vocational colleges recruit fresh graduates from various disciplines; 7. Three or two graduates of five-year higher vocational education. 8. Graduates from secondary specialized schools apply for higher vocational counterpart enrollment.
The Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center reminds: Although the above-mentioned candidates are allowed to register for the college entrance examination at the school location, if the household registration changes for less than two years, it is best to go back to Qixian District where the household registration is located to officially confirm the registration, so as to avoid rushing to the two places due to household registration review; Previous students must go back to the county where their household registration is located to formally confirm their registration.
Candidates are divided into two categories: school registration and enrollment.
In response to the question raised by some candidates and parents about whether candidates are regarded as previous students when registering at the place of household registration, the person in charge of the Education Admissions Examination Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region explained that in order to give full play to the positive role of schools in the enrollment registration process, most counties and districts enroll students by sending the relevant materials of the college entrance examination directly to middle schools, which are responsible for organizing fresh graduates and distributing them to students after proofreading. In the past, this part of the students in charge of the school was called students; Previous students and students studying in other places are directly responsible for the recruitment office, which is called social candidates. Some candidates mistakenly think that registering directly in the recruitment office is the same as previous students, but it is not. In view of the misunderstanding of some registered candidates, the Autonomous Region Education Admissions Examination Center recently changed the names of these two candidates, namely, school registration and enrollment.
The registration time is advanced to 1.5.
For the convenience of some candidates who have returned to their places of registration, the registration time for the college entrance examination in Inner Mongolia in 2009 was adjusted to 65438+1October 5 -20. The purpose of this adjustment is not to affect the normal study of students who return to their domicile. Candidates complete the forecast in the school, and the school conducts qualification and political examination. In the corresponding column of the list of forecast names, it shall be signed and sealed by the school administrator. During the holiday home before the Spring Festival, we should complete the formal registration, physical examination and other work in the county where the household registration is located. After the Spring Festival, students can go back to school with peace of mind, and their studies will no longer be affected by the college entrance examination registration.
There is no need for candidates to move their registered permanent residence to the school.
The change of registration conditions for the college entrance examination in 2009 is mainly to review the household registration of candidates whose household registration has changed for less than two years. If candidates register at the place where their household registration is located, they may not need a medical examination, but students who have recently moved their household registration to the place where their school is located must have a medical examination. During the household registration examination jointly organized by relevant departments in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, candidates whose household registration has changed need to return to their place of residence to issue relevant certification materials, and some may have to go back and forth many times, which brings great inconvenience to candidates.
The Education Admissions Examination Center of the Autonomous Region has strict requirements from the perspective of serving candidates. First, the school where students live cannot allow students to move their registered permanent residence to the school's location, and the school cannot require students registered in the place where their registered permanent residence is located to leave school early. The majority of candidates and parents can report, and once found, they will be dealt with seriously. If the circumstances are serious, the registration qualification of the middle school will be cancelled.
