At the beginning of the founding of New China, the title "Usage of Punctuation" promulgated by the state had no symbols. The original title is to draw wavy lines below (horizontally) or to the left (directly) of the text. However, this punctuation is rarely used because it is more troublesome to print. Due to the popularity of computer and network applications, and the inconvenience of traditional book titles in computer input and typesetting, Taiwan Province Province has gradually accepted the use of ""and ""as book titles. Different from GB/T 15834- 1955, Taiwan Province Province can sometimes directly use a single title in a chapter without nesting, which is called "chapter name".
