(2) Provide governments, groups and individuals with ways to protect monuments and relics, and collect, research and exchange relevant information on the preservation of monuments and relics. , principles, guidelines, policies, regulations and techniques for protection, restoration and reinforcement, train relevant talents, organize and implement cultural heritage protection, research cooperation and exchange projects, provide consultation on relevant professional work, formulate guiding documents, and participate in historic sites and sites Research and formulate protection regulations, raise funds for the protection of monuments and relics, etc.;
