A. Admission method
1. Make an appointment to visit
Before making an appointment, please register your real name in our official website and improve the relevant information before you can enjoy the appointment service provided by our library.
1) Book a personal channel (6 people or less)
Individuals should log in to the official account of Suzhou Museum official website, Subo official WeChat, Suzhou Museum APP, Suzhou Tourism Main Gate WeChat or Culture Suzhou Cloud WeChat one to seven days in advance to make an appointment. Each valid ID card can only be reserved once a day, and a single account can be reserved for up to 6 people (each person's name and valid ID number are required).
After the reservation is successful, please check at the entrance with the reservation number and valid certificate. After passing the verification, you can enter the library on time and in order through the "personal reservation channel". Those who fail to arrive at the library within plus or minus 15 minutes of the scheduled time shall be deemed invalid. Thank you for your cooperation. If you need to check the information, you must queue up again to enter the library. Sign in first, then queue up.
Friendly reminder: Visitors who have reserved the last time slot (15: 00- 15: 40) must enter the library before 16: 00, and will stop entering the library after 16: 00.

3) Special population
Old people over 70 years old, children under 1.2m, disabled people, active servicemen, individuals who donate blood without compensation, members of Subo and staff of cultural and art institutions can enter the library through the "reservation team entrance channel and green channel" with their valid certificates, among which old people over 70 years old, disabled people, retired cadres and children under 1.20m can also be accompanied by a nurse.

B. Buy a ticket to visit
The special exhibitions held by our library will implement the ticketing system as appropriate, and all kinds of preferential policies for special groups such as students, the elderly, active servicemen, retired cadres and the disabled will continue to be effective.
Tickets for special exhibitions do not affect visitors' free visit to other basic exhibitions in our museum.

3, special exhibition (time not less than 20 minutes)

Visitors need to store their identity documents when using the team assistant equipment and retrieve them after the visit.
The audience should use and keep the receiver correctly and return the equipment after the visit. If it is lost or damaged, they should pay the price (600 yuan for each receiver).

Matters needing attention

The ancient books library of Suzhou Museum is open to the public free of charge from Tuesday to Sunday at 9:00- 16:30, and closed every Monday, except for national holidays.
