It's a three-point poison How to understand it?

First, what really understands Chinese medicine is the three-point poison of medicine.

In Neijing, it is said that "drugs attack evil", and drugs have been defined. When a drug enters the body, it can dispel evil spirits, that is, it makes use of its so-called toxicity. The toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine, in a broad sense, refers to the function or bias of all traditional Chinese medicines; In a narrow sense, it refers to the damage of traditional Chinese medicine to the body, disturbing or destroying the normal physiological function of the body, making the body pathological and even life-threatening toxic and side effects. Zhang Jingyue, a great physician in the Ming Dynasty, said: "Medicine can cure diseases because of poison, and the so-called poison is because of smell. Those who cover the right smell belong to the genus of five grains, so they support people's righteousness. If the smell is biased, the drug bait belongs to it, so the evil spirit of the old man disappears. It is also because people are sick, and the disease is better than the ear in yin and yang ... Anyone who can ward off evil and be upright can be called poison, so it is said that poison attacks evil. " The poison of traditional Chinese medicine mentioned here is not the poison of modern poison, but the bias of medicine. For example, rhubarb, coptis root, isatis root and other medicinal materials are cold, which can treat fever and internal heat, and have the effect of clearing away heat and purging fire, so they can be called cold, but if they are misused to treat cold diseases, they are even worse, and can be called cold poison. Ginseng, pilose antler, astragalus root, cordyceps sinensis and other medicinal materials are warm and strong, which can treat deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome, and have the effect of warming and dispelling cold, so they can be called heat tonic, but if they are misused to treat excess syndrome and fire syndrome, they can be called fire poison. Therefore, in a broad sense, the so-called three-point toxicity of medicine in traditional Chinese medicine is not derogatory in nature, but refers to a drug prejudice, and health care products are no exception. On the other hand, if there is no prejudice (so-called non-toxic), it is not Chinese medicine (that is, rice, steamed bread and other cereals). Therefore, there is no difference between good and bad drugs, and the key lies in proper application and consistency between drugs and symptoms.

Second, truly toxic drugs will not be easily prescribed.

"For those really toxic Chinese medicines, such as arsenic, realgar, raw croton, raw nux vomica, raw kusnezoff monkshood, calomel, etc. Most doctors have never prescribed or used them all their lives, and many toxic drugs are generally not available in hospitals and pharmacies. Even if you want to use these toxic drugs, you should submit a special prescription for toxic drugs to the hospital and review it. Therefore, patients do not have to worry about using these toxic drugs. " With the development of medicine, a few doctors are using some toxic drugs, but this is based on scientific research and some clinical results. For example, doctors use arsenic preparation to treat leukemia and realgar preparation to treat blood diseases. This really fierce and poisonous Chinese medicine is basically not used by Chinese medicine, but by western medicine, and it has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award. With the development of science and the progress of the times, many so-called poisons have been given new contents. Another example is centipede, which is considered by ancient books to be less toxic. In fact, its toxicity has been completely inactivated after taking the medicine. In the southwest of China, its powerful function is even used as a tonic. In recent 30 years, it has been regarded as the first choice for the treatment of impotence. Zhu Liangchun, a master of insect medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, also used it to treat many chronic diseases. More than 10 pieces are used each time. According to China Medical News, Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Zoology of China Academy of Sciences have made important achievements after in-depth research on 1988. Various scientific experimental data show that adults can consume up to 25 centipedes every day, and there will be no toxic side effects after long-term use. Of course, special allergies are an exception. I also use centipede preparation to treat tumors and andrology diseases. Since 1990s, I have used 6,543.8+10,000 centipedes every year, and no adverse reactions have been found so far.

"The harm of Chinese medicine lies in medicine, not medicine. The key to the clinical safety of traditional Chinese medicine is not whether it is toxic, but whether it can be used reasonably and correctly in clinic. In essence, Chinese medicine takes treatment as the first task, followed by health preservation (although disease prevention is our goal). But now many people who don't understand Chinese medicine at all use Chinese medicine for health care, and whether it is right or not, I will eat it as long as it is expensive, which has caused many side effects. " I have seen several men in their 40 s boil water with expensive medicines such as ginseng, velvet antler and deer whip, which I think is a big tonic. Results After drinking for a while, pustules, oral ulcers, blood pressure and blood sugar were also high, and even breasts grew lumps. "
