Usually rice paper can't be printed. If it is a special need, you can try this method: find an inkjet printer that can print cardboard and envelopes.
You can print anything in color. There are many kinds of rice paper. Generally speaking, the one I have seen is that the front is made of rice paper and the back has a thick layer of paper.
Prepare a (flat-headed) watercolor pen or chalk, or use a small wolf hair (depending on the thickness of the grid) as an auxiliary pen. Any pen will do (the pen should be smooth and won't scratch paper).
The method of drawing is very simple, that is, put two pens together. The tip of the auxiliary pen is a long ruler, and the brush is stained with color. You can move your hand at a constant speed, so that you can draw a straight line more easily.
The writing brush is soft, so the nib is slightly more prominent than the auxiliary pen. The brush must be perpendicular to the paper. Don't change the angle of the brush at will. Hold the pen first. Holding the pen is like holding chopsticks.
