Toxicology books

1, food toxicology:

The book published by Youth Industry Press in 2007 was written by Liu Ning. "Food Toxicology" is about the principle of food safety evaluation, which is to study the harm of foreign chemicals that may be contained in food to consumers' health, and to detect and evaluate the safety or safety range of food to ensure human health.

2. Radiotoxicology:

This paper mainly studies the short-term and long-term damage effects of radionuclides on the body and the mechanism of radionuclides damage. To study the first aid and treatment of radionuclide pollution and accelerate the removal of radionuclide from the body. The metabolic process of nuclides in vivo is the basis of toxicology research, an important basis for estimating their harm and medical treatment, and also provides a scientific basis for formulating the maximum allowable standard of radioactive substances.

3. Ecotoxicology:

Meng Zhu, Higher Education Press, 2009. The book is divided into three parts and thirteen chapters. The basic theory of ecotoxicology is systematically expounded, including the concept and task of ecotoxicology, the basic theory of environmental pollution and ecosystem, the concept and basic mechanism of toxic action of poisons, the law of biological absorption and transformation of pollutants, biological enrichment and ecotoxicological effects at different levels.

4. Environmental toxicology:

It is compiled to meet the needs of training professionals in environmental science, environmental engineering, safety engineering, environmental microbiology, life science and biotechnology, covering most of the contents of environmental toxicology from molecular to ecosystem level.

On the basis of expounding the foundation, extended concept, toxicity mechanism and general research ideas of environmental toxicology, the environmental ecological behaviors and toxic effects of typical inorganic pollutants, organic pollutants, biotoxins and pathogenic microorganisms, as well as the toxic effects of radiation and ultrasonic pollution were discussed respectively.

5. Pesticide toxicology:

Pesticide toxicology aims to show that pesticide toxicology is a science about the relationship between pesticides and health. Based on the close combination of theory and practice, this paper systematically introduces and summarizes the possible toxicity of pesticides to human body and the effects of pesticides on human health in air, water, soil, food, occupation and living environment.
