When it comes to calligraphy, I am afraid that the first thing that many people can associate with is Wang Xizhi, especially Wang Xizhi's Preface to the Lanting Pavilion, which is highly praised by calligraphers of all ages. It has also become one of calligraphers' calligraphy posts, and Qigong is no exception. The Qigong version of Preface to Lanting looks very comfortable, which may be one of the most brilliant places of Qigong, and this running script is one of them.
Preface to Lanting Collection was written in China Jin Dynasty (AD 353). Wang Xizhi, a book sage, wrote books and made friends at the foot of Zhu Lan Mountain in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, and wrote "the best running script in the world", also known as Preface to Lanting, Preface to He Lin, Preface to Lanting March 3, etc.
In April 353 (the third day of March 9, Jin Yonghe), Wang Xizhi, who was then the folk history of Huiji, and forty-one people, including friends Xie An and Sun Chuo, drank wine and wrote poems in Ji Ya, Yinshan Lanting, Huiji. Wang Xizhi compiled these poems into an episode, made a preface, described the swimming event, and expressed the inner feelings caused by it. This preface is Preface to Lanting Collection. And wrote "Preface to Lanting Collection".
Characteristics of Qigong Calligraphy Works
Mr. Qi Gong visited ancient famous posts and won the essence of traditional calligraphy. Qigong regular script stippling is not very particular about frustration, and it is written easily and naturally; The structure is acceptable, but it is lively, casual and vivid with the stippling and structure of regular script. Qigong regular script was greatly influenced by Zhi Yong and Zhao Mengfu.
An obvious feature can be seen from Qigong's calligraphy, that is, slender and tough, which is just in line with the aesthetic thought of the ancients that "books are expensive but thin and hard, and the spirit is understandable". Many people naturally compare his thin and hard calligraphy with Song Huisong's thin and golden style. Although Qigong's calligraphy is thin and hard, its stippling is moist and elastic, so it is thin but not withered, elegant and charming, all of which are unfamiliar to the viewer.
Qigong pays attention to the structure of characters, and the length, size and thickness of glyphs can be born from characters, and the proportional relationship is very appropriate; Especially for characters with many strokes, pay special attention to the arrangement of stippling, and the position and proportion of each part in the structure of the whole character can be just right, coordinated and safe, which is satisfactory.
