Shen Du (1357- 1434) was born in Huating (now Songjiang, Shanghai). Seal script can be practiced in all aspects, and is praised as "I am Wang Xizhi" by Ming Chengzu. He was awarded a bachelor's degree in Hanlin, engaged in editing and lecturing, and the names of good books surpassed those of his contemporaries, such as Jie Jin, Hu Guang and Qian Lian. Therefore, its lower case became the object of imitation by officialdom and scholars, which is the origin of "Taige Style" and "Guange Style" in Qing Dynasty. Its small letters originated from Yu Shinan, Zhao Mengfu and so on, with elegant strokes, tight internal structure, vertical external direction, dignified and elegant. Although there is nothing special in style and artistic conception, it also has the freshness and elegance of literati. Shen Meili [Ming] (1357- 1434), born in Hua Ting (now Songjiang belongs to Shanghai), born in Dashi Village, Jinwei Township, his younger brother, was a calligrapher in Ming Dynasty. He used to be Taichang and Hanlin, and he was awarded a letter to the Chinese calligrapher, and the official was Dali Temple. Works, poems, good books.
