Born in 1940, also known as Yong Guang, Yuecheng, Deqing County, Guangdong Province. He is currently a member of the Creative Committee of China Calligraphy Association, vice chairman of Guangdong Calligraphy Association, president of Lingnan Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Research Association, and deputy secretary general of Lingnan Poetry Society. He used to be a director of China Book Association, a creative judge of China Book Association, a judge of the National Young and Middle-aged Book Fair, a professor of South China College of Literature and Art, and the editor-in-chief of Linchi Jinliang Newspaper.
