The text is Li Bai's poem: the emperor bid farewell to the white clouds, and a thousand miles away Jiangling will return in one day. The cries of apes on both sides of the strait are still unconsciously crowing in their ears, and the canoe has passed the heavy green hills.
The signature is: Comrade Jia Yi's "Meng Xia Yi Shu".
