Mou, the word Sichuan, is a descendant of Dahuai; 1950 was born in Shouguang, Shandong province. He has been obsessed with calligraphy since childhood and has been engaged in art research for many years. Now he is a director of China Calligraphy and Painting Society, a member of Shandong Branch of China Calligraphers Association, a researcher of China Wangxizhi Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, and a first-class calligrapher.
