Brief introduction of the lyricist of Song of Students in Beijing Petroleum Institute

Haiyan Poetry Society was founded in the 1950s during the period of Beijing Petroleum Institute, and Haiyan was inscribed by Mr. Guo Moruo. Haiyan Poetry Society was closed during the Cultural Revolution and resumed on 1984. Li Duo, a famous calligrapher, wrote "Haiyan", Gao Quan, a famous oil painter, drew the cover picture of "Haiyan Poetry", and Yang Guanghua, the old president of China Youshi University, wrote the preface of "Ode to Haiyan". After 90' s, the school societies were reformed, and the Literary Creation Society of Petroleum University was established, which was composed of Haiyan Poetry Society and Fenghua Literature Society.
