Beijing Houdefu Restaurant is now open for business. In the early days of the founding of New China, Houdefu closed for a time and reopened in 1962 in Sanlihe, Xicheng District. During the "Cultural Revolution" it was renamed Henan Restaurant. When it moved to Nanlishi Road and opened in 1988, the original name of the century-old restaurant - Houdefu - was restored, and the famous calligrapher Liu Bingsen personally wrote the plaque. The existing business area is more than 4,000 square meters, and it has business dealings with Zhengzhou Catering Service Company.
