How to teach ancient poetry?

This paper mainly discusses how to carry out effective ancient poetry teaching. Ancient poetry teaching has always occupied a place in middle school Chinese education, and ancient poetry examination questions are inevitable in the senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination. Then we know that ancient poetry, concise language, distant artistic conception, or praise things, or lyrical enlightenment, the first poem has lofty meaning and contains philosophy, behind the well-known amazing language. All suggest the poet's mood story at that time. In the vast literary river, ancient poetry is like a bright pearl, inheriting the blood essence of Chinese children. After reviewing the ancient poems in grade six, I made a test and evaluation of the ancient poems that must be recited in the new curriculum standard. There are the following evaluation questions: (1) Complete the poem;

(2) Connect the poem, the author and the title of the poem with lines;

(3) Write corresponding poems according to the following festivals;

(4) Write corresponding poems according to the scenery;

(5) Write corresponding poems according to the meaning;

(6) Write ancient poems silently as required. The topic is not difficult, but the scope is wide. The evaluation results surprised me. Most students have no impression of some poems they have learned before. Even if I memorized last year's poems, there were very few students who wrote them correctly in my mind. Why? It's really "a mountain cannot be gathered up"! I am confused and calmly reflect on my teaching. What's wrong with it? 1. From my teaching method (1), the teaching form is routine: in the teaching of ancient poetry, I often use this routine: "Explain the topic and know the poet; Solve difficult words and translate the whole article; I think this routine is the master key to the teaching of ancient poetry. Teaching design often takes the interpretation of words as the focus and difficulty of teaching, and makes great efforts to solve it. First I explained it word for word, then I understood every sentence, and finally I said the meaning of the whole poem, so I think I achieved my goal. Accustomed to the teaching mode of ancient poetry, I consciously use these three steps when preparing lessons, easily and without thinking. Use it skillfully. The profound and nutritious ancient poetry meal was translated into a tasteless side dish by me. (2) Simplification of teaching tasks: Many times, in the teaching of ancient poetry, we are eager to introduce both the author's life and the living environment; He not only talks about political thought, but also about writing characteristics and major achievements, but ignores the literary nutrition and national complex of ancient poetry and regards students as the container of acceptance. He instilled all the points he thought into his students in order to achieve immediate results. When the teaching of ancient poetry is finally simplified to reciting, it seems that the teaching task is completed. (3) The understanding process is light: the language of ancient poetry is far from modern language. It is difficult for students to understand independently. So I take pains to tell students what this word means, how to interpret it, what are the characteristics of writing, how poets express their feelings and so on. Students seldom have the opportunity to read aloud. Often they learn new words at the beginning of the class, read the poem again after understanding it, and always read a poem two or three times. Students read their feelings and their unique experiences from poems. Most of them are recorded beautifully, so what I see in students' textbooks are dry and stereotyped translation notes. After class, although we also pay attention to the expansion and extension of ancient poetry, we lack passion for poets and poems, and lack the language and words of ancient poetry. Students seem to just "translate" mechanically and try to recite. 2. Judging from the accumulation effect of students, there is a large amount of extracurricular accumulation. I only finish the homework assigned by the teacher. I understand it as "300 Tang poems, and I can recite them without writing". Coupled with the needs of exams, I let students recite and accumulate ancient poems as soon as I have time. Two or three poems a week pass the first level. As a result, the more students recite, the more tired they get, and they fool the teacher with the shortest effective memory. In fact, what they recite has long been forgotten in a few days or even hours. It is really reading. The ancient poems I instructed my students to recite were not correctly classified. Because of my hypothesis, students' memories are misunderstood, and there is a big joke of "asking how much you can worry about" and "drowning your worries with wine". There are many misunderstandings in the teaching of ancient poetry. Therefore, although there are many amazing and timeless classic poems in the textbook, they are fleeting in the eyes of students, because they have not learned from the teaching of ancient poems. How to make the teaching of ancient poetry effective? This is also an urgent problem for our Chinese teachers to solve. I think we should start from the following aspects. First, find the basis of passion. Teachers should infect students with their love for ancient poems, and inspire students to learn, discuss and appreciate ancient poems with their love for the motherland, so as to draw literary nutrition from them. Therefore, in order to make students have passion, teachers must first have enthusiasm. Teachers should overcome the inertia in their educational career, diversify teaching methods, avoid rigidity, publicize innovation, and take this as an opportunity to explore the passion of ancient poetry teaching in each class. For example, "I miss my Shandong brother on vacation in the mountains" is the theme song of "Homesickness"; "To Wang Lun" is a girlfriend; Not only did he express his ambition, but he also included philosophy. This poem is full of the poet's affection. Only when teachers are full of passion for emotion and find the emotional foundation can students learn Chinese in middle school driven by emotion, nourish themselves from emotion and humanistic spirit, enrich the emotional world, open up artistic imagination and cultivate good character, temperament and Chinese accomplishment. Second, reading and writing can promote accumulation. Reciting ancient poems can promote accumulation and enhance memory. First of all, work hard. The morning reading class becomes a recitation class, and school life begins with reciting ancient poems. Students will not only learn by rote, but also learn new things by rote. Long-term training will certainly form accumulation, enhance memory and form habits. Secondly, they will be diligent in writing ancient poems. In order to guide students to copy and memorize ancient poems with standardized texts and rules in writing class. There will be no mistake of "spring opens every day, birds talk first" Third, reading is the main way to realize poetry. "Chinese Curriculum Standard" points out: "Reading is a personalized behavior of students, and teachers' analysis should not replace students' reading practice. It is necessary for students to deepen their understanding and experience, feel and think, be influenced by emotions and gain ideological enlightenment in active thinking and emotional activities. Enjoy aesthetic pleasure. "Of course, the teaching of ancient poetry should reflect this. Poetry is read, and teachers should not overstep their authority. Instead, let students face the classics, "sincerely contact" with poems, read them by themselves, understand them by themselves and experience them by themselves. Teachers should focus on guiding students to master certain learning methods. Even if it is a difficult point, the teacher should not rush to reveal it, but should set the steps skillfully. In reading, the ancient poetry is abstracted into concrete, flattened into three-dimensional, and static into agility, so as to feel the rich connotation of vividness, flesh and blood, affection and rationality, and achieve the purpose of understanding and feeling poetry. For example, by studying Jiang Xue and Qiu Jiang's Fishing Map separately, let students read these two poems and talk about what pictures appear in front of them respectively, and then read and appreciate them, so that students can find the same. The two poets have different moods and circumstances. Fourth, expansion helps sublimation. The amount of ancient poems learned by primary school students is not very large. Only 2-4 poems are learned each semester, and the whole primary school stage adds up to only 20 or 30 poems. This is a pity for China, which is rich in ancient poetry, and for cultivating students' Chinese literacy. Therefore, our teacher should consciously increase the amount of ancient poems when teaching them. Take poetry with poetry. For example, after learning a farewell to Meng Haoran on the way to Yangzhou, students can learn four ancient poems about farewell by themselves: Farewell to Dongda University, Farewell to Wang Lun, Farewell to Anxi and so on. After learning Lu You's Feeling of Walking Out of the Fence Gate in Autumn Night, students can learn Spring Watch and November by themselves. It is also beneficial for students to develop their specialties and show their talents. If this teaching method is used for a long time, students can learn more than 100 poems in the whole primary school stage, and the reading volume of students' ancient poems will also increase greatly, so that students' Chinese skills will become profound. In addition, learning methods can also be expanded. The key to teaching is to guide students to discover laws and master methods, so that students can learn something, and they can "draw inferences from others, know one thing and know ten things". Ancient poetry teaching. In addition to guiding students to master the general learning steps and methods, we should also pay attention to guiding students to lateral transfer knowledge and methods. Students should be guided to read poems with knowledge of geography, history and nature, express their understanding with paintings, recite songs with music and reproduce scenes with performances. For example, in the teaching of the poem "Boating Guazhou" in the sixth grade, we can understand the geographical location of Guazhou in Jingkou and Zhongshan by looking at the map, so as to understand that "Guazhou in Jingkou" is only separated by several mountains. "It can also inspire students to contact the historical knowledge about Wang Anshi's reform learned in the general education class, and feel the joy of the poet being recalled to Beijing and the complicated feelings intertwined with his attachment to leaving his hometown. The display forms of learning achievements can also be varied, some are recitation, some are singing, some are painting, some are performing sketches, and some are writing poems into calligraphy works ... The teaching of ancient poetry is more effective. There must be a vibrant classroom of ancient poetry, which can stimulate students to learn by themselves, and have the pleasure of appreciating beauty, experiencing and spreading talents. This is the most inspiring and successful teaching of ancient poetry.
