Landscape of Duleyan Scenic Spot

Longzhu Mountain, also known as Shushan, is located on the west side of Longzhu Lake, 46 meters high and 300 meters above sea level in Fiona Fang. There are lush trees, beautiful rocks, winding stone paths and looming pavilions in the mountains. There is an ancient banyan tree on the top of the mountain, which is said to be over 300 years old. The roots of the trees are intertwined and the tops of the trees are covered with green shade, which adds some strength to Shushan. Since the 1970' s, the builders of Dule Scenic Area have dug mountains and quarried stones here, bringing together the works of famous modern calligraphers of different schools and styles from all over the country. By 1993, there have been more than 80 cliff stone carvings. China News Agency once reported the Shushan stone carvings with the title "Duleyan, a famous scenic spot in Liuzhou, Guangxi, built the first modern calligraphy forest in China".

China contemporary calligraphers Su Juxian, Ouyang Zhongshi, Zhu Qizhan, Shu Tong, Wang Xiaju, Wei Chuantong, Liu Bingsen, Li Tianma, Wu Chundao and other calligraphy works have their own charm here, and the opening, cursive, seal cutting and official script are all vivid and spectacular. The stone carving of "Happy World" inlaid by Zhao Dan, a film performance artist, is 1.2m wide, 3.3 m high and 70 cm in diameter. It is the largest piece in the mountain of books, reaching Youlong with great momentum. In response to the call of Liuzhou Municipal People's Government for "one square meter of grass per plant", Duleyan Scenic Area has opened a memorial forest on the Love Island next to Dule River 1998, where tourists can plant commemorative trees such as "wedding, birthday, graduation and party", which not only beautifies the scenic area, but also enlightens and educates people. Since the opening of the memorial forest, tourists have flocked to plant memorial trees here, including leaders, teachers, students, couples and elderly people. Dule Memorial Forest was built more than a year ago, and nearly 100 memorial trees have been planted.
