1. Learn how to use the pen as a center. That is to say, the stroke of the pen always runs in the middle of the lines, so that the lines written in this way are both round and thick, which is the effect that the predecessors said is like the traces of leaks in a house or the effect of cone drawing sand. When using a pen as a center, the first thing to do is to hold the pen steadily and write quietly (the word "quiet" here does not mean to be still, but means that the writing must be focused and calm). If there is a deviation, adjust it in time, otherwise even if you are a center, the lines you write will be easy to be flat and thin. Therefore, the center’s pen plays an important role in the pen technique. When the center becomes proficient with the pen, he can also use side forwards, reverse forwards, etc. to write in order to change the lines.
2. Learn how to press and use a pen. The pressing method can show the writer's ability to control the brush. Mastering the pressing technique can be said to have a certain grasp of the brush technique. Lifting refers to being able to lift the pen with a pen. It requires both the strength to press the pen down and the strength to lift it upward. The lifting force must also reach the tip of the pen, not as strong as a strong slave. Pressing can best reflect the strength of the pen, but if you don't control it well, pressing down blindly will often make the lines thick and blunt, resulting in ink pigs. Some people use the belly of the pen when writing, and there is more than enough to press the pen, but not enough to lift the pen, making the writing stiff, knotty, and clumsy. This is the result of a lack of understanding and practice of the lifting and pressing technique. Therefore, in the process of writing, we must always adjust the tip of the pen to achieve the center point of the pen. How to adjust the front? On the one hand, we must pay attention to the different changes in the stroke, and flexibly adjust the movement of the stroke; on the other hand, we must carefully appreciate the sense of power generated by the stroke, and adjust the stroke for the purpose of expressing the quality of the line. To express different feelings such as slowness, slowness, dryness, etc., we are required to grasp and adjust the strokes differently.
