6. Competition time and process arrangement:
1. On September 28, the publicity committee of each class will be convened to meet to convey the purpose of the calligraphy and painting competition and allow each class to recommend personnel to participate in the competition. On the same day, the event was promoted in the form of posters.
2. On September 28, posters will be posted to promote this event in the form of posters.
3. From October 8th to 9th, let the publicity committee members of each class collect manuscripts from each class and submit them to the student home.
4. The submission deadline will be October 9th, and the judges will make selections that night.
5. On October 14, the jury will judge the results of the competition, announce the list of winners in a public notice, and issue certificates.
6. On October 15th, the winning works will be posted in the hall of the School of Telecommunications to allow students to communicate with each other and do a good job in protecting the works.
