1. Open Word, click File → Page Setup, set the page size in the paper tab of the page setup window, and then click Table → Insert → Table to insert a table with 7 columns and 2 rows.
2. Select the table, right-click, select "Properties" in the dish, and select "Row Height" and "Column Height" as 2cm in the "Table Properties" (the specific size is up to you). Click View → Toolbars → Tables and Borders, and select the check mark in front of the Tables and Borders command.
3. Select the "Drawing Chart" tool, select a dotted line type from the "Line Type" drop-down menu, and start drawing after setting it. The last column is the "Remarks" column.
4. After a line of Mi Zige is completed: "Select All" → "Copy", paste it down, and a page of Mi Zige copybook will be finalized.
