Tie Bao (1752- 1824), whose real name is Ye Ting, whose real name is Tieqing, whose real name is Mei 'an and Dong 'e, is a Manchu Huang Zheng Banner. In the thirty-seventh year of Qianlong (1772), he was a scholar and awarded an official position. He was promoted to be a doctor, a foreign minister in the official department, a bachelor of lectures, a bachelor of reading, a bachelor of cabinet, and an assistant minister of rites, and presided over the examinations in Shi Jing, Shandong and Shuntian. Jiaqing four years (1799), assistant minister of the official department, served as governor of water transport. In the seventh year of Jiaqing (1802), the governor of Guangdong was added.
