Differences between Calligraphers Association and Young Calligraphers Association
The Provincial Calligraphers Association and the Provincial Young Calligraphers Association are both registered in the Social Organization Bureau of the Provincial Civil Affairs Department and belong to general social organizations. The competent unit of the Provincial Calligraphy Association is the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the competent unit of the Provincial Youth Calligraphy Association is the Communist Youth League Committee. Both the Communist Youth League Committee and the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles belong to people's organizations, and are generally managed by two different standing committees, namely the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The Provincial Book Association has a complete organizational structure, from the top to the China Book Association, and then to the city and county book associations. The organizational structure of the provincial youth book association is incomplete, and the youth book association has not yet been established. Some cities and counties have youth book associations, while others don't. Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shaanxi, Gansu, Henan and Hunan are the provinces with strong strength of the Provincial Youth Book Association.
