Song dynasty is also the first time to summarize and sort out the previous generation of calligraphy completely. Although Jiangnan had previously ordered Xu Xuan to collect the book "Sheng Yuan Tie", which contained the calligraphy of Shi Er, the custodian of ancient and modern law posts, and the calligraphy of Zhang Zhi, Cui Yuan, Zhong Wei You, Wang Xizhi, Yu Liang, Emperor Taizong, Xuanzong, Liu Gongquan, Huai Su and Huairen in the Han Dynasty, and ordered Wang to write the "Jianye Tie" ("Sheng Yuan Tie") in the Southern Tang Dynasty. To be a typical representative of the calligraphy style in Song Dynasty, we should also consider Huang, Mi, Su and Cai, especially the first three figures.
