Fang Yannian, Han nationality, calligrapher, artist, 65438-0946, from Xining City, Qinghai Province. 1964 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Qinghai Normal University. He did art design for Art editor, workers and teachers, and transferred to Qinghai Calligraphers Association from 65438 to 0986.
