Inside and outside the tower, there are three wooden black and white plaques "The First Pass in the World":
The first floor of the building is the original plaque inscribed by Xiao Xian, a scholar of Chenghua in Ming Xianzong in eight years and one of the 32 great calligraphers in Ming Dynasty. The font is in block letters.
The second plaque was hung on the second floor of the building in the fifth year of Guangxu. Because the original amount is illegible, it was carved by the attached Wang Zhi.
The third plaque was hung outside the building in 1949. Governor Zhou has broken the second plaque because of his age, and it is engraved with a hook of Yang.
The plaque of "the first pass in the world" is more than 5 meters long and 1.5 meters high, and each word is more than one meter. The characters are regular script, the brushwork is vigorous and powerful, and it is integrated with the tower style, which can be called a masterpiece in ancient and modern times.
