Chapter 4 Enrollment Majors and Plans
Article 11 The school will prepare this year’s enrollment majors and enrollment plans in accordance with the 2021 enrollment scale approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education.

Article 14 The school determines the promotion ratio according to the regulations of the enrollment departments of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government).
Article 15: The school follows the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the enrollment provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, openness and merit-based selection. The results of art and sports majors, professional aspirations, physical examination status, combined with the overall quality evaluation of the candidates, etc. are used to determine whether the candidates are admitted and admitted to the major.
1. Admission rules for general majors
1. Provinces that implement comprehensive college entrance examination reform
The admission rules shall be implemented in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents of the admissions authority of the student’s place of origin. The subjects selected by candidates should comply with the elective subjects prescribed by our school for admissions majors (categories).
For candidates with the same submission scores, if the place of origin stipulates the ranking determination principle, the regulations shall follow; if no ranking determination principle is specified, the ranking shall be based on the sum of the two subjects of Chinese and Mathematics, and the single subject of Chinese or Mathematics. Admissions will be sorted from high to low based on grades, foreign language single subject scores, first choice subject single subject scores, and re-selected subject single subject scores.
2. Provinces that have not implemented the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination
According to the principle of "scores first, follow the wishes". Candidates who enter the program are sorted from high to low according to their college entrance examination scores, and the majors they are admitted to are determined in the order of their chosen majors. When a candidate's submitted scores cannot satisfy the reported professional preference, and the candidate does not comply with the professional adjustment, the application will be withdrawn.
For candidates with the same submitted scores, if the student’s place of origin stipulates the ranking determination principle, the regulations shall follow; if there is no stipulation on the ranking determination principle, the literature and history category shall be based on the score of the single subject of Chinese, the sum of the two subjects of Chinese and mathematics, the score of the single subject of foreign language, The ranking will be determined by the scores of the single subject of mathematics; the ranking of science and engineering students will be determined by the scores of the single subject of mathematics, the sum of the two subjects of Chinese and mathematics, the scores of the single subject of foreign languages, and the scores of the single subject of Chinese. The one with the higher score will be ranked first. When all scores are the same, the candidates will be admitted based on their high school academic proficiency test scores and other factors.
2. Admission rules for art and sports majors
1. Drama, film, television and literature majors
Shandong Province: According to the overall score of the candidates from high to low Admission by points; if the comprehensive scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher academic scores in the college entrance examination.

Shandong Province: Candidates will be admitted based on their comprehensive scores from high to low; when the comprehensive scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher professional scores.
Other provinces: Admission is based on the college entrance examination cultural scores (including extra points) of the candidates from high to low; when the college entrance examination cultural scores (including extra points) are the same, priority will be given to the professional unified examination (joint examination) scores The taller one. Applicants for admission must meet the admission requirements of each major in our school. 5. Aviation Service Art and Management (School-Enterprise Cooperation) Major
Using the joint examination results of Shandong Province Aviation Service Art and Management major, the overall score of the candidates will be ranked from the highest to the highest. If the comprehensive scores are the same, the ranking will be determined by the college entrance examination cultural scores (including extra points), professional scores, Chinese subject scores, foreign language single subject scores, and mathematics single subject scores.
6. Admission Rules for Physical Education and Leisure Sports Majors
Admissions are based on the overall score of candidates from high to low; when the comprehensive scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher professional scores.
7. Shandong Province’s admission rules for art and physical education majors approved in advance
Admissions to candidates will be admitted in accordance with the relevant documents of Shandong Province.
Article 16 The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admissions rule of “admissions based on professional preferences within the 1:1 range of the admissions plan”.
Article 17: English, translation, and business English majors require the foreign language to be English. Other majors do not limit the foreign language. The official foreign language subjects of the school are English, Russian, and Japanese.
Article 18 The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation (Teaching [2003] No. 3) and its relevant supplementary regulations .
Article 19 There is no limit on the ratio of men to women.
Article 20 There is no limit on single subject scores.
Article 21: Implement the policies and regulations of the education administrative departments and admissions examination institutions of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) regarding the addition or reduction of points for admission.
Article 22: Students admitted according to major categories will be provided with general education and basic subject education in the first grade regardless of major. At the end of the first academic year, students will be assigned majors within the major category according to relevant regulations, and graduates will be awarded the assigned major.
Article 23: Matters related to the enrollment of high-level sports teams and sports training majors shall be subject to superior documents and school-related major enrollment brochures.
Chapter 6 Fees, Refund Standards and Funding Policies
Article 24 The school shall comply with the fee standards and related regulations approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, and the Provincial Department of Education. Specifies charges.
Article 25 The standards for student withdrawal and refund shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shandong Province College Fee Management Measures" (Lu Zheng Ban Zi [2018] No. 98).
Article 26 The school helps students complete their studies through various funding methods such as awards, loans, subsidies, subsidies, and exemptions. Students from families with financial difficulties can apply for student loans, "green channels", scholarships and grants, tuition exemptions, work-study and other financial aid projects. Chapter 7 Qualification Review and Certificate Issuance

Article 28 If students complete all courses (credits) stipulated in the education teaching plan within the prescribed period of study and pass the grades, they will be issued a general higher education undergraduate diploma and the name of the school that issued the academic certificate. Chapter 8 Others
Article 29 If this Article of Association is inconsistent with national laws, regulations, rules and superior policies, the national laws, regulations, rules and policies shall prevail. The relevant policies of superiors shall prevail.
