Understanding and perception of calligraphy

? Calligraphy is a kind of beauty to me. This beauty is mixed with a little sacredness and awe. When I first came into contact with calligraphy, I still can't say that calligraphy should have been written as a child. At that time, when I saw adults writing Chinese characters, my heart suddenly jumped and I had the impulse to write Chinese characters. Later, I learned how to learn to write one by one. Then I saw the brush calligraphy and confirmed that calligraphy was what I wanted to pursue.

Calligraphy is mainly divided into five parts: seal script, cursive script and running script. Regular script is also the first and most difficult font to master in Wuti calligraphy. There are four masters in regular script: Ou Yangxun, Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan and Zhao Mengfu. They each have their own masterpieces handed down from generation to generation. The learning of future generations is like crossing the river, and few people get its true meaning. There are two reasons: 1. If you don't work hard enough, kung fu is tempered by time. Calligraphy is also kung fu. If you don't spend a lot of time writing, it won't have much effect. If the skill is not deep enough, the written words will be irregular and not authentic. If the method is wrong, the correct method is half the battle? To write a good work, you must be honest and upright. Let's begin. Don't think about creation. Now there are many "Jianghu bodies" on the fast hand vibrato. Never learn this.

? Beginners learn regular script. First of all, we should practice strokes, flip strokes horizontally and vertically, and lift hooks. Practice skillfully before knotting. Beginners must be patient and understand that only by starting from the simplest place can they get in touch with more difficult and complicated things. I know in my heart that those great calligraphers were just like us. People become calligraphers because of persistence.

Then, focus on the whole. Gesture serves posture, and posture ultimately serves posture. Gestures are the smallest part of each word and the most basic unit. Stroke strength and pitch of each word. Body posture is just the dynamics of every word. Posture is the form of the original and the copy.

There is a cloud in the Book of Music: "The viewer is still refined, and the painter is expensive." Before writing, you should read the paste accurately, point out the location, etc., which is equivalent to communicating with the copybook author. For example, I learn Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy. To think that Yan Zhenqing's character is strong and honest all his life, his words must be dignified and vigorous. Copying Yan Zhenqing's words for a long time is to show his characteristics such as "Guan Yu sitting on the account, imposing manner". Copying Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy works all the year round, my personality will change subtly. Most people will follow Yan's example. Because he died for his country (Tang Dynasty). Like Guan Gong, it is a symbol of "loyalty". The more you like it, the better. Only to a certain extent, even to the point of "near chaos", can we really get the essence of this post.

There is perseverance in practicing calligraphy. Without perseverance, you can't spend a lot of time practicing, and you have no skills. The written words are not beautiful and have no soul. To put it bluntly, you have to have a strong desire to write good words. The stronger the desire, the more you will make great efforts to practice calligraphy.

To learn calligraphy, you have to read ancient Chinese, so that the words you write are "literary talent." It is necessary to deeply study the ancient articles and works about calligraphy practice, such as Shupu and Twelve Meanings of Calligraphy. And apply it to the usual calligraphy study.

Calligraphy is learned, not practiced. Practicing handwriting all day will only make you a "writer". And learning will make you a calligrapher.

There is no end to learning. Learn from regular script step by step, and there will be an end.
