Pharmacopoeia. Strong medicine Artemisia: twigs and leaves are used for colds, fever, convulsions and jaundice hepatitis. Ani is a Yao medicine, and its function is the same as that of Gui Yao Bian of Zhuang nationality. Kumbuzwai, a Jingpo medicine: Dehong recorded jaundice hepatitis and cholecystitis. De 'ang medicine is Rainbow: its function is the same as that of Dehong medical record of Jingpo nationality. Achang Medicine Love and Harmony in Spring: It has the same function as Dehong Medicine Record of Jingpo nationality. Mongolian medicine is the same as chrysanthemum. Miao medicine Vob haid: Young stems and branches are mainly used for fast menstruation, menstrual fever, dumb menstruation, high fever, coma, jaundice, persistent high fever and urinary calculi. (1) cholagogic effect The decoction, water immersion agent, water immersion agent for removing volatile oil, volatile oil, alcohol extract, 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin and chlorogenic acid of this product can promote bile secretion and cholagogic effect. Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae lactone can also promote bile secretion and excretion.
(2) Effect on liver: Rats with carbon tetrachloride liver injury were injected with Chen Yin decoction 0.6 1g subcutaneously every day, and histological examination was conducted on the 8th day. The results showed that compared with the control group, the swelling, swelling, steatosis and necrosis of hepatocytes in the treatment group were reduced. The contents of glycogen and ribonucleic acid in hepatocytes returned to normal or close to normal, and the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase decreased obviously, indicating that it still has certain protective effect on liver. Some flavonoids and coumarins in Herba Artemisiae Scopariae have anti-toxic effects on rat hepatocytes induced by carbon tetrachloride and galactose.
(3) The antipyretic experiment shows that the water suspension of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae can obviously reduce the normal body temperature of rats and mice.
(4) The experiments of reducing blood lipid, dilating coronary artery and promoting fibrinolysis show that Herba Artemisiae Scopariae has certain anti-atherosclerosis effect.
(5) Hypotensive effect: Water extract of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, volatile oil and 6,7-dimethoxycoumarin all have hypotensive effect.
(6) In vitro antibacterial and anti-inflammatory experiments show that Chen Yin Decoction has inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, diphtheria, anthrax, typhoid, paratyphoid A, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Shigella flexneri, meningococcus and Bacillus subtilis.
(7) Effect on smooth muscle: Yinchenhao decoction and ethanol extract have a little exciting effect on isolated rabbit intestine. Water immersion can inhibit the activity of isolated intestinal muscles in dogs and rabbits. Volatile oil can reduce the activity and tension of frog and rabbit intestines in vitro. The refined extract has an exciting effect on the isolated uterus of pregnant rabbits and postpartum guinea pigs. Diphenhydramine can antagonize the exciting effect on the uterus of pregnant guinea pigs.
(8) Effect on aflatoxin: Yinchenhao decoction has a significant inhibitory effect on the mutagenicity of AFB 1 in a dose-effect relationship. This may be of great significance in preventing liver cancer.
(9) Effect on immune function Artemisia capillaris can promote white blood cell division, increase the number of white blood cells, improve the immune activity of T cells, participate in the immune regulation of the body and induce interferon, thus improving the immune function of the body in many ways.
(10) Other functions This product and its components also have the functions of resisting leptospira, killing ascaris, relieving asthma, inhibiting and killing Ehrlich ascites cancer cells and MethA cells in mice. The shoots and leaves can be used as vegetables or absinthe. Fresh or hay is used as livestock feed.
