As early as 1996, painter Chi Ming won the second prize in the adult category in the promotional poster competition held by the United Nations Population Fund. In 1997, his works "Mother Earth", "Preserving the Forgotten Time" and "Breast" were collected by the United Nations Population Fund and hung in the United Nations Building. In 1998, his work "Sounds in My Ears" won the third prize in the poster competition held by the United Nations Population Fund. In the "80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party" art, photography, and calligraphy competition held by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the work "Early Spring" won the second prize. The popular science album "Today, Tomorrow and Future" inscribed by Vice Chairman Bucher was officially published by Inner Mongolia People's Publishing House.
