Whose work is A Midsummer?

Xia Tu is the work of Li Kuchan, a modern painter and art educator in China, and Li Kuchan is a famous freehand painter and calligrapher in China. This painting was created in 198 1, which is the representative work of Li Kuchan in his later years. It is famous for its powerful brushwork and hearty style. As the biggest masterpiece in Li Kuchan's life, it is also the first largest masterpiece in the history of freehand brushwork of flowers and birds in China (four paintings are combined into a "landscape"). This painting covers an area of about 22 square meters, which is rare in the history of freehand flower-and-bird painting. A midsummer picture is full of lotus ponds, and "big" is the remarkable feature of Li Kuchan's paintings. In this painting, flowers are like pots, leaves are like covers, stems are like arms, and blooming lotus flowers, rocks and waterfowl form a huge picture.
