Introduction to Yu
Yu, male, born in February 1959, is a native of Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, a member of Jiu San Society, and the curator of Kunluntang Art Museum in Kunshan City. Member of China Calligraphers Association, Jiangsu Artists Association, China Couplet Society and Macau Printing Society. Postgraduate degree (fine arts major), national first-class artist, currently curator of Kunluntang Art Museum. Social part-time jobs include: member of the Standing Committee of Kunshan Municipal People's Congress, vice chairman of Kunshan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and chairman of Kunshan Calligraphers Association. His works were exhibited in the first national couplets calligraphy exhibition, the third China calligraphy newcomer exhibition, the first national official calligraphy exhibition, the first China fan exhibition and the seventh national calligraphy seal cutting exhibition sponsored by China Calligraphy Association. The paper was published in Calligraphy Newspaper, China Calligraphy and Painting Newspaper, Youth Calligraphy, Calligrapher, Xiling Printing Factory and Calligraphy Research. More than 300,000 words. In 2004, he participated in the Sino-French Cultural Exchange Year, and his paintings and calligraphy works were exhibited in Paris. Cultural newspaper, Sing Tao Daily (French edition) and Art newspaper introduce their biographies.
