Jian Peijun, president of Selected Poems, Li Xiulong, editor-in-chief of Great Wall, Nan Ou, editor-in-chief of China Yearbook of Contemporary Poetry, yemeng, deputy editor-in-chief of Shuofang, and Meng Ling, a Thai Chinese poet and writer and editor-in-chief of China Daily and China Daily Supplement, served as the final judges. Wang Yuwen, Vice Chairman of Dongying Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Guo Liquan, Executive Vice Minister of Propaganda Department of Kenli District Committee, Dong Zhenyu, Poet and Chairman of Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Zhou, Chairman of Kenli Writers Association, Gai, Chairman of Dongying Qishengxi Culture Media Company, and other local department heads also attended the meeting. Lian Zhijun's River in the Eyes (poetry anthology), Ning Zhaoshou's Time Garden (poetry anthology), Diane's Radish Lamp in the Moonlight (prose anthology), Meng Xuan's Dust (poetry anthology), Wang Qiang's Heart Rain (poetry anthology), etc. 17 works and authors won the first "Long River Literature Award". Zhou Yong, Gao Yuan and Ming Jie won the contribution awards.
After the award ceremony, Ma, director of the editorial board of Changhe, and Gai, chairman of Qishengxi Culture Media Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the spot to further strengthen cooperation; Zhou Yong, a poet and calligrapher, presented calligraphy works to Dongying Qishengxi Culture Media Co., Ltd.

After the award ceremony, the award-winning writers and poets also visited Kenli District Museum, History Exhibition Hall, Cultural Center and the Yellow River Estuary. Writers and poets were shocked by the history and culture of Kenli District and the natural wonders of the Yellow River estuary. Many writers and poets create poems on the spot, record the creative materials and seek creative inspiration. Some winners were also invited to participate in the Mid-Autumn Festival Poetry Meeting of Minfeng Lake organized by the local government.
