I have been learning writing brush for several months, at most one hour a day. Is it necessary to continue practicing?

This needs to be practiced continuously. My grandfather has been practicing calligraphy since he can remember, and I have been exposed to calligraphy since I was a child. When I was in primary school, my grandfather began to teach me to practice Chinese calligraphy. Because I am young, I can't calm down when I practice calligraphy. After half an hour, I can't hold on any longer. Later, when I grew up, I felt that practicing calligraphy was very useful and my handwriting became beautiful, but I still insisted on practicing calligraphy for half an hour every day. When practicing Chinese calligraphy, I can concentrate on holding and carrying pens, which is very calm. Once you practice for a long time, you still can't stick to it. I think half an hour is just right.
