Can the ink used for pens be used to write brush characters?

You can write, of course, not as good as ink. Generally, ancient people wrote poems vertically. If your work is to be published, correct your paper if you make mistakes, and only practice until you are proficient in writing every word. If it's just practice, it's unnecessary.
