Liu, male, 1948, from Jinchang, Gansu, is now a member of Artists Association. Graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Xinjiang Normal University. Now he is a professional painter, professional artist and first-class painter in Xinjiang Museum. He has served as honorary chairman, vice chairman, director, vice president of painting academy, member of calligraphers association and artist association of several artists associations. Dozens of newspapers, publications and media in Beijing and Xinjiang have made special reports on him.
He has a soft spot for western paintings. The themes are mostly desert camel wind, Tianshan Mountain, grassland pastoral, silk road customs and so on. The pen and ink are simple and mellow, with open artistic conception and fresh and elegant style.
