Chapter 2 Organizational Structure

Chapter 3 Enrollment Plan

Article 10: The school shall, in accordance with national policy requirements, take overall consideration of factors such as the number of candidates in each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), the quality of students, and the employment situation of each major, and Based on the implementation of the school's source plans in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in recent years, the enrollment plan for each province and major is determined. For detailed provincial enrollment plans for each major in 2020, please refer to the "2020 Admissions Majors and Plans for General Colleges and Universities" issued by the enrollment authorities of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government). According to the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, our school has reserved no more than 1 enrollment plan in total, which is mainly used to control the quality of students and solve the admission problem of candidates with the same score.

Article 11 Our school organizes professional examinations for art majors, and provincial plans are issued based on the qualified students of each major. For provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) where there are insufficient sources of qualified students, musicology (normal education), music performance, recording art, and dance (normal education) are "zero" in the province (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government), and the number of planned admissions depends on the candidates' submissions. Chapter 4 Admissions

Article 12 Admissions and Admissions Rules

1. Our school admits students according to their enrollment plans in each province (autonomous region, municipality) The situation determines the gear adjustment ratio. According to the batches of sequential voluntary submissions, the adjustment ratio is controlled within 120 in principle. According to the batches of parallel voluntary submissions, the adjustment ratio is controlled within 105 in principle. At the time of admission, our school will appropriately adjust the enrollment plan in the corresponding province (autonomous region, municipality) according to the student source situation.

2. Candidates from the college entrance examination reform provinces (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hainan) must meet the subject requirements for the admissions majors of our school.

3. During admission, candidates will be admitted based on their actual college entrance examination scores and major preferences, and a score-first approach will be adopted to determine the major, with no major differences. In the case of the same actual test scores, priority will be given to candidates with policy-based bonus points; in the case of the same policy-based bonus points, priority will be given to candidates with higher scores in relevant subjects. The order of comparison of relevant subjects is: Chinese, Mathematics, and Foreign Languages.

4. Candidates who have reached the minimum admission score of our school but have not entered the major selection and are willing to comply with all major adjustments will be adjusted and admitted. Principle of major adjustment: The school adjusts students to majors that have not completed the enrollment plan according to the candidates' scores from high to low until the admission quota is full. If the candidates’ major preferences are all non-teaching majors, they will only be adjusted within the scope of non-teaching majors; if the candidates’ major preferences include teachers, they will be adjusted within the scope of normal and non-teaching majors.

5. Previous students and fresh students will be treated equally during admission.

6. For candidates who enjoy the policy bonus points specified by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government), our school will recognize the highest bonus point among the candidates, but in principle the maximum will not exceed 20 points. After submission, our school will admit candidates based on their actual test scores.

7. The "Dual Training Plan", "Foreign Training Plan", "Rural Special Plan" and "Rural Teacher Support Plan" for students enrolled in Beijing are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Beijing and the relevant regulations of our school. Among them, the "Rural Teacher Support Plan" will launch an enrollment plan based on the district where the candidates register for the college entrance examination. It will only recruit candidates who have registered for the 2020 Beijing College Entrance Examination and have permanent residence in Beijing (excluding candidates who have moved their residence to a collective residence in Beijing for further studies). candidates; at the same time, the "Rural Teacher Support Program" only admits candidates with professional aspirations.

8. In the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, our school adopts the admission principle of “clear majors” for the general category.

9. In Jiangsu Province, our school adopts the "score first, then grade" approach to admit candidates, and the test grade requirement is AB.

10. Candidates who have signed a high-level athlete recruitment agreement with our school shall be admitted in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, the admissions authorities of each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) and our school.

11. If the art unified examination organized by a province (autonomous region, municipality) in 2020 involves the art major of our school, candidates must take the corresponding category of unified examination in the province (autonomous region, municipality) and achieve undergraduate qualifications. You can be admitted according to our school’s art admission rules. 12. The majors of the music school of our school and the musicology (elementary education, normal school) and calligraphy (elementary education, normal school) majors of the school of elementary education can only admit students who take the art professional examination organized by our school and Candidates with qualified scores; the professional scores of the majors of the School of Fine Arts of our school and the fine arts (elementary education, normal education) major of the School of Elementary Education shall be based on the scores of the unified art examination organized by the provincial admissions department. For admissions majors with a planned number of liberal arts and science subjects, candidates for liberal arts and sciences will be admitted in a unified order according to the number of admissions plans for each subject; for admissions provinces with a planned number of liberal arts and sciences that do not have a planned number of admissions for liberal arts and sciences, and for admissions provinces that indicate a unified queue for admission to liberal arts and sciences in the enrollment plan, candidates for liberal arts and sciences will be admitted in a unified order .

13. Admission methods for various majors in the Academy of Fine Arts:

The prerequisite is that the scores in the cultural courses of the college entrance examination (including policy bonus points) reach the admission control line for art undergraduates in each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) Next:

(5) During admission, candidates will be admitted to majors based on the principle of score priority, and there will be no major differences.

(6) The Fine Arts (Normal College) major only admits candidates with professional aspirations.

14. Admission methods for various majors in the Conservatory of Music:

(3) Recording Arts Major: Sort according to the comprehensive score from high to low, and select the best with reference to the physical examination. (5) When admitting candidates in Hainan Province, standard scores will be used for college entrance examination cultural scores.

15. Admission methods for art majors in the College of Elementary Education:

On the premise that the college entrance examination cultural course scores (including policy bonus points) reach the admission control line for art undergraduates in Beijing:

(1) Fine Arts (Elementary Education, Normal School) Major: Candidates must have a score of 210 points in the unified art examination, and a score of no less than 50 points in foreign language. This major is approved in advance for admission to the Art Class B section of the undergraduate program. The Beijing Education Examination Institute is responsible for selecting candidates in accordance with the relevant admission principles. The school admissions office conducts review and admission.

(2) Musicology (elementary education, normal school) major: On the premise of passing the professional school examination, students will be ranked from high to low according to their comprehensive scores, and the best will be admitted with reference to the physical examination. Article 13 Special Requirements and Restrictions for Major Admissions

1. Language requirements: Foreign language majors and primary education (English Normal) majors only accept English candidates, other majors There is no restriction on the candidate’s language. After admission, the foreign language offered by the company is only English. The main professional courses in geographic information science and remote sensing science and technology are taught in English; in international economics and trade, psychology, biological sciences and other majors (categories), some courses are taught in English.

2. Foreign language subject score requirements: For the "Foreign Training Plan" majors enrolling students in Beijing, the foreign language subject score must not be less than 120 points.

3. Physical examination requirements: Our school implements the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General College Admissions" issued by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, and China Disabled Persons' Federation and "Capital Normal University 2020 Undergraduate Admissions Physical Examination Implementation Rules" 》, as well as the relevant supplementary regulations on the physical examination for admissions to ordinary colleges and universities issued by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.

4. Physical examination requirements for normal education: Candidates applying for normal education majors should meet the "Beijing Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Recognition (Trial)". If they do not meet the requirements, they will not be admitted to normal education majors.

5. Teacher qualification recognition: According to the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers" (Teacher No. 20139) , "Opinions of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission on the Pilot Reform of the Teacher Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary Schools in Beijing", students majoring in normal education must take the teacher qualification examination.

6. Signing contract for normal students: According to the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Publicly Funded Education for Normal Students in Beijing" (Jingjiaoren No. 201911), normal students must sign a "Details for the Implementation of Publicly Funded Education for Normal Students in Beijing" before enrolling in school and the city's education administration department. 7. Employment and further education of normal school students: must be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for Publicly Funded Education for Normal College Students in Beijing" (Jingjiaoren No. 201911) and the signed "Agreement on Publicly Funded Education for Normal College Students in Beijing" and Request execution. The "Implementation Rules for Publicly Funded Education for Normal Students in Beijing" (Beijing Jiaoren No. 201911) stipulates that normal students have a two-way choice of employment in the city's basic education system upon graduation. After graduation, they must engage in education and teaching in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the city (including education administration and Secondary and lower-level academic education institutions reviewed and registered by relevant departments) for more than five years. Normal students who violate the education agreement need to pay professional scholarships and training fees during school (including exempted tuition fees, living allowances, etc.). The specific standards shall be implemented according to relevant documents. Candidates admitted to the "Rural Teacher Support Program" should also follow the relevant policies of the Orientation District Education Committee and Beijing City. They must sign a targeted employment agreement with the District Education Committee before enrolling. After graduation, the Orientation District Education Committee will arrange employment and services in accordance with the relevant public recruitment procedures. The term shall be no less than 5 years. Normal students outside Beijing should follow the instructions.

8. Broad-category recruitment and training: Some majors in our school’s School of Mathematical Sciences, School of Life Sciences, School of Liberal Arts, School of Management and School of Fine Arts implement wide-caliber large-scale recruitment and training. The three non-teaching majors of the School of Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Information and Computing Science, and Statistics, are admitted according to the mathematics category (including mathematics and physics experimental classes); the two non-teaching majors of the School of Life Sciences are Biological Sciences and Biotechnology. Admissions are based on biological sciences; the three non-teaching majors of the School of Liberal Arts, Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese International Education, and Secretarial Studies are admitted as Chinese language and literature; the two non-teaching majors of Labor and Social Security and Public Affairs Management set up by the School of Management are admitted Majors are admitted according to the public management category; the three majors of Fine Arts (Art Market), Painting (Oil Painting), and Painting (Chinese Painting) set up by the Academy of Fine Arts are admitted according to the Fine Arts category; the visual communication design and environmental design set up by the Academy of Fine Arts are admitted The three majors of Digital Media Art and Digital Media Art are admitted according to the design category. Students admitted to the above majors will be able to choose a major in the majors included in the college's major admissions (at a certain proportion) at the end of the first academic year or the second academic year based on the student's wishes and school academic performance and other factors. .

9. Study campus: Except for the 2020 freshmen majoring in world history in the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Music, and the School of History, all other majors will study in the Liangxiang campus in the first academic year; grades 2-4 will be based on school arrangements. Study in the main campus, North District 1, North District 2, East District 1, East District 2 and Liangxiang Campus.

Chapter 5 Fee Standards

Article 14 The tuition fees of our school are: 5,000 yuan/year for arts and science majors; 6,000 yuan/year for foreign language majors; 8,000-- 10,000 yuan/year; tuition is free for teacher majors. Our school will charge different standards of accommodation fees according to different accommodation conditions, generally 650-900 yuan per academic year. The above fee standards are subject to the review results of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission in 2020.

Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions

Article 15 The admission rules of our school in each province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the announcement by the local provincial admissions authority.

Article 17 After the publication of this charter, if the college entrance examination admission policies of some provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are adjusted, our school will formulate corresponding admission policies based on relevant local policies and announce them separately.

Article 18 After the new students register, the school will review the qualifications of the admitted students. Students who do not meet the admissions regulations or engage in fraud will have their admission qualifications revoked.
