Six arts have two meanings:
1. Six skills: courtesy, music, shooting, defense, calligraphy and number.
2. Refers to the Six Classics: Yi, Shu, Shi, Li, Yue, Chun Qiu.
Supplement:
1, courtesy: etiquette (similar to today's moral education). Five rites, auspicious, fierce, guest, army and Jia also.
2. Music: Music. Six kinds of music: Cloud Gate, Daxian, Dashao, Daxia, Daxie and Dawu.
3, shooting: archery technology. These five shooting methods are: white arrow, joint, injection, ruler and well instrument.
White arrow: the arrow passes through the target, and the arrow is white, indicating that the arrow is accurate and powerful.
Connection: put a vector in front, and the last three vectors go away one after another. If the beads are in the same position, the vectors belong to each other.
Note: it refers to the disease of the arrow, and the aiming time is short, and the arrow will hit on the string.
Xiang Chi: I'll shoot with you. I'll stand side by side with you and let you take a step back.
Well gauge: the four vectors are coherent and all hit the target.
4. Yu: the technology of driving a carriage.
Ming and Luan: when driving, it corresponds to Luan.
Water-driven car: gallop along the curved river bank without falling into the water.
Hand over the imperial watch: It is polite to hand over the imperial watch.
Dance: cross the strait and gallop freely
Chasing birds to the left: chasing animals and catching them from the left when hunting.
5. Books: refer to the six books of calligraphy (writing, literacy and composition): pictographic, pointing, knowing, pictophonetic, phonetic, annotation and borrowing books.
6. Number: number refers to rational number and qi number (the law of usage), that is, the movement law of Yin-Yang and Five Elements. Guangya: "Number, skill also." That is, technology, methods and skills.
