Jang Hyun Seung, pen names Zhang Xian and Zhang Yecheng, male, born in February, 1953, from Cenxi, Guangxi.
He graduated from Guangxi Education College and China Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University, and served as deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Cenxi Municipal Committee, director of the Civilization Office, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and calligraphy of Cenxi City.
Chairman of Artists Association, editor-in-chief of Cenxi Literature and Art.
Now he is a member of Guangxi Branch of China Calligraphers Association.
