In July 2002, he graduated from Chinese Department of Xuzhou Normal University, with a technical secondary school education, and was a member of Suqian Education Society. He has taught in Xinxing Middle School in Sihong County, Dongfang Middle School in Sihong County, Suwan Bilingual School in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, and Hong Xiang Middle School in Sihong County. And has been working as a class teacher, with excellent teaching results and excellent class work, and won the honorary title of excellent class teacher for four times. He has successively won the honorary titles of "Blue Project" excellent teacher, teaching rookie, advanced teacher and backbone teacher.

Papers such as Application of Comparative Method in Independent and Cooperative Inquiry Learning, Effective Chinese Teaching in Senior High School, Comparison of Selected Textbooks of Chinese Compulsory Textbooks between Jiangsu Education Press and Shandong Education Publishing House and Research on the Transformation of Educational Ideas and Models under the Background of Cultural Feedback won prizes in essay competitions such as Teacher's Pottery Cup and New Century Gardener's Cup. The teaching design of "Thinking about Interactive Teaching Activities in Chinese Teaching Activities" and "In Memory of Liu Hezhen" won the first prize in China.

He won the second prize in the basic skills competition of Chinese teachers in county high schools for three times, and the first prize in the excellent Chinese course competition in county and city high schools in 2008. Composition classes, such as Love is Hard to Draw on Earth, Modern Chinese Reading in College Entrance Examination and Special Review of Classical Chinese Translation, were exchanged as county-level demonstration classes.
