1. Major progress in research work

The project we declared for the 13th Five-Year Plan of Henan Education Science has been reviewed by experts and approved by the leading group of the provincial education science planning, and the project has been decided. The Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education on Publishing the Project List of Special Projects of Henan Education Science in the 13th Five-Year Plan to Aid Xinjiang in 22 (J&E (22) No.362) was clearly published.

when this notice of project establishment was issued on September 15th, 22, we rejoiced, and the members of our research group immediately did the following activities to further push the project forward.

1. Because the host, Mr. Wang Yanping, was in poor health, I took this task as the host, wrote the opening report, and discussed the plan with other members of the research group, with clear implementation steps and division of labor.

2. Print out everyone's division of labor and distribute it in place. Do a clear division of labor, and roughly agree on the time node for the completion of each work.

3. According to the regulations, the members of the research group are required to do the following work on the suggestions on education and teaching reform:

(1) The time required for division of labor is mid-November to complete this task, and each person writes a reform proposal of not less than 5 words. The proposal is also written according to the content of his own division of labor, not in general terms, so that the theme is deep and suitable for his own division of labor, and the form is scattered and distracted.

(2) I received the suggestions on November 5th and collected them all on the 6th. I sorted out the suggestions, and all six people in the research group put forward good suggestions, which reached more than 5, words.

(3), the members of the research group are all front-line teachers, and the old teachers have been teaching for about 2 years, all of which are aimed at the content of their own division of labor, so they are deep, broad and targeted, or that sentence is well said, and practice makes true knowledge.

4. Next, we made the next step. In order to ensure that in the next step, we can get first-hand materials, and we have done preliminary work. In view of the children's learning Chinese, a questionnaire survey was started from three positions. Explain from three aspects respectively.

In the position of reading, listening and speaking, Ma Wenxia's activities are as follows:

(1) Teacher Ma was the first to make 35 questionnaires about students' extracurricular reading in No.2 primary and secondary schools in Barkun County, and made an actual survey in Class 61, where she taught, and then analyzed the data and wrote a survey report. This is very consistent with her division of labor. In the reading and writing position, Teacher Cao Yan's activities are as follows:

(1) Teacher Cao Yan made a questionnaire on primary school students' homework in ethnic minority areas, and made an investigation on 35 students in three classes of grade five, then analyzed the data and wrote a survey report. This is also in line with her task division, and she wrote a paper "Reading and Writing Guidance, Exploration Based on the Improvement of Mandarin Reading and Writing Ability" (3, words)

(2). Teacher Cao is still teaching classes (transferred to grade one) to carry out training on reading and writing, which is held once a week, and every time there are classroom cases of tutoring plans, and the specific practice of the topic is carried out in the vast world of the front line.

(3) In order to recommend extracurricular reading books to children, Mr. Cao also recommended Robinson Crusoe to children by participating in the overall reading instructional design competition.

In the position of developing the study habits of ethnic minority students, Mr. Liu Xiao has done these tasks:

1. Mr. Liu Xiao has made a questionnaire on the study habits of ethnic minority primary school students, conducted a survey on the students in Class 6(2), and analyzed and wrote the survey report, laying a solid foundation for the final research results by finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems.

2. Organize children to participate in the educational activities organized by the above on the theme of "Good Life and Labor Creation" for young people in the new era, and guide students to win different awards in the essay contest of the calligraphy competition, and teachers also win counseling awards or advanced individuals.

3. I also participated in the classroom teaching and basic skills competition for young teachers organized by the school and won the prize.

4. Make active efforts in the activity of "Small Hands Reaching Big Hands" held in the school, and advocate with the members of the research group that students should send Mandarin to their homes, so that parents can be driven to form a good atmosphere for learning Mandarin at home.

1. Teacher Ma Wenxia's achievements are as follows:

In Barkun County, Hami City, most parents speak ethnic languages, and students only learn Mandarin in class, but rarely speak Mandarin actively during recess, at home and in society. In view of this environment, we should learn from our peers, change the single way and take a diversified approach to improve the Mandarin level of ethnic minority students. Focusing on reading speeches, writing exercises and habit formation, we use various means to create diversified learning scenarios for students, do everything possible to improve the level of Mandarin, and infect students with the infinite charm of Chinese culture, such as gaining the support of family and society by holding hands with small hands and cultivating good study habits.

Fourth, there are problems

1. The atmosphere for children to learn Mandarin is very narrow. They only learn Mandarin in class, and they speak national languages during recess, at home and on rest days.

2. Teachers usually use ethnic languages when communicating with students in their spare time. This greatly reduces the time for children to learn Mandarin.

3. Students have only been learning Mandarin for three years, so it takes a long time to make contributions, and more environments and atmospheres need to be created for learning Mandarin.

4. In the "Small Hands Reaching Big Hands" activity organized by the school, some parents are 3 miles away from the school, and they don't attach importance to their children's learning of Mandarin, so they are not active enough to create a good family atmosphere for their children to learn Mandarin.

V. Important changes

1. When writing the application, there was no clear starting point for the research, which was very vague. After expert guidance and expert lectures, I had a clearer starting point.

2. After studying the expert lectures, we have a clearer understanding of the subject. We have done research from three aspects, made a division of labor, and everyone has a clear job.

3, respectively, from the perspective of reading speeches, reading exercises and habit formation, conduct questionnaires, write research reports, and finally form a paper to solve problems.

VI. Next step plan

1. Hold an interim report meeting, and ask experts to give advice and suggestions to pave the way for the next step.

2. Analyze and discuss the questionnaire for each teacher, write an investigation report, find out the problems and further explore the practice in the class, find out the reasons that hinder minority students from improving their Mandarin level and try to make a breakthrough.

3, try to establish a good atmosphere of three-dimensional education in family sociology school. Let the children be surrounded by Mandarin environment, learn Mandarin from time to time and feel Mandarin everywhere.

4. Make use of the "small hands and big hands" activities that schools often carry out, so that the atmosphere of children learning Mandarin can be permeated into families and parents can also form a good atmosphere for learning Mandarin.
